Problems Sending My Check-In Notifications

Make sure your “I Share With...” contact has the WithYou app on their device.

  2. Check with your contact to verify that they do have the app. WithYou is available on the iOS App Store or the Google Play Store for free.
  3. For easy access to the app, have your contact go to www.WithUWeb.com using the browser on the device they wish to load WithYou onto. There are links at the top of the page that will take you directly to the App or Play Store.

iOS

  1. Open the WithYou app and click on “I Share With...”
  2. You will be sent to the page listing all of your contacts.

  2. You will be sent to the page listing all of your contacts.
  3. If your contact has not been entered, tap on the ‘New Contact’ to manually enter a contact, or tap on ‘Address Book’ to enter a new contact from your address book. Be sure to use the phone number that they used to verify their WithYou account.

Problems Receiving Another’s Check-In Notifications
